Γιώργος Μπαρτζώκας
Ο Γιώργος Μπαρτζώκας γεννήθηκε στις 11 Ιουνίου 1965 και αγωνίστηκε στην ομάδα του Αμαρουσίου. Κάποιοι σοβαροί τραυματισμοί όμως τον ανάγκασαν να σταματήσει την καριέρα του, κι από πολύ μικρός (22 ετών) αποφάσισε να ασχοληθεί με την προπονητική σε ομάδες της ΕΣΚΑ (Πεύκη, Κηφισιά, Βριλήσσια).Το 2003 εντάχθηκε στο προπονητικό τιμ του Αμαρουσίου υπό τις οδηγίες του Παναγιώτη Γιαννάκη και σ' αυτή τη θέση παρέμεινε ως το 2006 έχοντας συμμετάσχει στους τελικό του πρωταθλήματος και του κυπέλλου το 2006 και στον τελικό της FIBA Euroleague το 2004. Από το 2006 έως το 2009 ανέλαβε την τεχνική ηγεσία της Ολύμπιας Λάρισας οδηγώντας την ομάδα για δυο συνεχόμενες σεζόν στα πλέι οφ της Α1. Η επιστροφή του στο Μαρούσι έγινε ως πρώτος τεχνικός και συνδυάστηκε με μια σπουδαία επιτυχία για την ομάδα. Η πρόκριση του Αμαρουσίου στο Τοπ-16 της Ευρωλίγκα και η εξαιρετική πορεία στο πρωτάθλημα του έδωσαν τον τίτλο του καλύτερου προπονητή της Α1. Ακολούθησε μια επιτυχημένη διετία στον Πανιώνιο και η κατάκτηση της 3ης θέσης της σεζόν 2011-2012. Από το περασμένο καλοκαίρι βρίσκεται στον πάγκο του Ολυμπιακού, πανηγυρίζοντας τον ευρωπαϊκό τίτλο στο φάιναλ-φορ. Ο Γιώργος Μπαρτζώκας έγινε στο Λονδίνο ο πρώτος Έλληνας προπονητής που κατακτά την Ευρωλίγκα.
Giorgos Bartzokas was born in 11 of June 1965 and made a name of himself as a player in Maroussi. Due to knee injuries he was forced to early retirement and began his coaching career from a young age (22). We worked in many teams in the local leagues of Athens and in 2003 was named a member of Maroussi's coaching staff, led by the head coach Panagiotis Giannakis. We stayed in Maroussi for three years, playing in a league final (2004), a cup final (2006) and european final (FIBA Euroleague in 2004). His first head coaching job in A1 League was in Olympia Larissa, where he worked for three straight seasons. He guided the "orangemen" to two consecutive play-off births. In 2009 he returned in Maroussi where he had great success. He led the team to Euroleague's Top-16 and to the third place of the greek league, accomplishment that gave him the "coach of the year" award. After that he spent two years in Panionios (ranked No3 in Greece over the last season), he moved the bench of Olympiakos. Giorgos Bartzokas is the first Greek coach to win the Euroleague trophy.
Luca Banchi
Ο Λούκα Μπάνκι γεννήθηκε στο Γκροσέτο την 1η Αυγούστου του 1965. Ξεκίνησε την προπονητική του καριέρα στα τμήματα υποδομής της τοπικής ομάδας, πριν εργαστεί ως assistant coach στην Βίνια ντι Βάλε (1985-1986) και στη Φλωρεντία (1986-87). Από το 1987 ως το 1999 συνέδεσε το όνομα του με τη Λιβόρνο, έχοντας το ρόλο του υπευθύνου των τμημάτων υποδομής, διάστημα στο οποίο κατέκτησε και τρία πρωταθλήματα εφήβων. Το 1999 ανέλαβε τις τύχες της Μπίνι Βιάτζι (Α2) και κερδίζει τον τίτλο του "προπονητή της χρονιάς". Κάνει το μεγάλο άλμα στην πρώτη κατηγορία Ιταλίας το 1999-2000 όταν κάθισε στον πάγκο της Τριέστε, την οποία οδήγησε στα πλέι-οφ και στη συμμετοχή στο Κόρατς. Ακολούθησε μια τριετία στο Λιβόνο (2001-2004), το πέρασμα από την Α2 με την Τραπάνι και την Γιέζι, πριν βρει την "Ιθάκη" του στη Σιένα το 2006. Ανέλαβε το ρόλο του ασίσταντ κόουτς δίπλα στον Σιμόνε Πιανιτζάνι και αποτέλεσε ένα από τα μυστικά της επιτυχίας της Μοντεπάσκι που εξελίχθησε σε δυναστεία στο ιταλικό μπάσκετ, κατακτώντας κάθε χρόνο το πρωτάθλημα και φτάνοντας δύο φορές ως το φάιναλ-φορ. Το καλοκαίρι έκανε το βήμα και κάθισε στην άκρη του πάγκο αντί του Σιμόνε Πιανιτζάνι και ήδη έχει στεφτεί κυπελλούχος Ιταλίας, ενώ παράλληλα οδήγησε την ιταλική ομάδα στους "16" της Ευρωλίγκας παίζοντας εντυπωσιακό μπάσκετ. Ο Λούκα Μπάνκι θα μιλήσει και πάλι μπροστά στο ελληνικό κοινό, αφού είχε προηγηθεί η συμμετοχή του στο Διεθνές Σεμινάριο Νεαρών Παικτών "Πάτρα 2008".
Luca Banchi was born in Grosseto on August 1, 1965. His first experiences take place with the Grosseto club's youth teams, and later in the B/2 Series as assistant coach for the Forze Armate Vigna di Valle (1985/1986) and l'Affrico Firenze (1986/1987) - groups which also entrust him with the running of their youth teams.
He links his name to Don Bosco Livorno from the 1987/1988 to the 1998/1999 season. Having become national coach in 1988, Luca Banchi is responsible for the Livorno youth teams' winning the Italian Junior title in 1995, 1996 and1997. In the 1997/1998 tournament, he is promoted to head coach of Bini Viaggi who competes for the A2 Series championship. In the course of his two years with Ardenza,
Banchi reaches two consecutive national finals for a promotion and is awarded the title of Coach of the Year (1998) for Italy's second series. The move to A/1 Series occurs during the 1999/2000 season, on the bench with Pallacanestro Trieste. Guiding Telit for two years, Luca Banchi triumphs in the playoffs at the end of the first year and takes part in the Coppa Korac during the second.
The three-year period from 2001-2004 finds him once again a protagonist in Tuscany, competing in championships in which Mabo Livorno remains at the highest level of Italian basketball, relying mostly on green Italian players promoted to the first team. During the 2004/2005 tournament, Luca Banchi is in LegaDue guiding Basket Trapani, who achieves sweet salvation, once again betting on a team of young players. His last season with Aurora Jesi (LegaDue), he closed with a track record of 15 victories and 15 losses (6th place in the regular season) and participation in the quarterfinal playoffs.
In the summer of 2006, he's chosen to become a part of Men Sana Basket's plan in the role of assistant coach. Working side by side with Pianigiani and serving as a fundamental link between the first and youth teams, Banchi is one of the forces behind Montepaschi's spring 2007 title win. In September of the same year, he wins the Supercoppa Italiana against Benetton Treviso. From there, still alongside coach Pianigiani, he begins a record season during which Montepaschi reaches its third Euroleague Final Four in five years (third place) and that culminates in a 2007/2008 Italian Championship win.
Another record-breaking season follows in 2008/2009. It begins with the Supercoppa Italiana win and continues with earning the Coppa Italia in February, the first ever for Mens Sana Basket. The Italian grand slam is completed in June with the fourth national title win topping of a truly extraordinary 2008/09 sports season. The 2009/2010 season is that of the second slam, which kicks off with a Supercoppa win, followed by the second Coppa Italia win in the club's history and the 2009/2010 national title victory, the fourth consecutive. The following season also sees Montepaschi at the heights of Italian basketball with a third Italian slam - the Supercoppa in October, the Coppa Italia in February and the fifth national title.
On a European level, he makes his second Final Four as assistant coach and takes third place in Barcelona. The 2011/2012 season starts off with the win of the Italian Supercup and continues with the Coppa Italia win (4th consecutive) in February of 2012 and ends in winning the club's seventh national title ever, their sixth consecutive. In February 2013 Banchi won his first Italian Cup as head coach.
Luca Banchi has had an active role in the growth of Italy's best prospective players. Assistant to the Nazionale Italiana Juniores at the World Championship in Athens (1995) and at the European Championship in France (1996), he became technical coach of the Nazionale Italiana Under 20 winning the "Challenge Round" in the Ukraine in 2001. Also in 2001, he won the bronze medal at the Mediterranean Games in Tunisia with the Nazionale Sperimentale team. Banchi led the Nazionale Italiana Militare to the silver medal at the World Championship in Croatia.

Βαγγέλης Αγγέλου
Ο Βαγγέλης Αγγέλου αγωνίστηκε επί σειρά ετών στην Α1 σε ομάδες όπως ο Ολυμπιακός, ο Πανιώνιος, ο Ηρακλής και ο Απόλλων Πατρών. Μετά το τέλος της καριέρας του ως παίκτης, επέστρεψε στην ιδιαίτερη πατρίδα του, τη Χαλκίδα αναλαμβάνοντας την τεχνική ηγεσία της τοπικής ομάδας, την οποία οδήγησε τελικά στην Α2. Το 2002 είπε "ναι" στον Μίλαν Μίνιτς και ανέλαβε χρέη ασίσταντ-κόουτς στον Άρη, ενώ την επόμενη χρονιά επέστρεψε στην Αθήνα, καθώς εντάχθηκε στο άκρως επτιυχημένο τεχνικό τιμ του Αμαρουσίου δίπλα στον Παναγιώτη Γιαννάκη. Το 2005 μετακόμισε στη Μόσχα, όπου συνεργάστηκε με τον Ντούσαν Ίβκοβιτς στη Ντιναμό. Με τη ρώσικη ομάδα κατέκτησε το Uleb Cup τη μια χρονιά και έφτασε στους "8" της Ευρωλίγκας την επόμενη. Το 2007 στην πρώτη του δουλειά ως πρώτος προπονητής στην Α1 ανέλαβε τις τύχες της ΑΕΚ, ενώ ακολούθησαν τα Τρίκαλα. Το 2011 οι δρόμοι του διασταυρώθιηκαν και πάλι με αυτούς του Ντούσαν Ίβκοβιτς, καθώς συνεργάστηκαν ξανά στον Ολυμπιακό, με τον οποίο κατέκτησαν ένα πρωτάθλημα (2012), ένα κύπελλο (2011) και έναν ευρωπαϊκό τίτλο (2012). Πέρσι ανέλαβε την τεχνική ηγεσία του Άρη στα μέσα της σεζόν, οδηγώντας τελικά τους "κίτρινους" στην 6η θέση της κανονικής περιόδου.
Vaggelis Aggelou has been involved in basketball for over 30 years, first as a professional player and then as a successful coach. He played for over 12 years professionally in Greece, wearing the jersey of many high profile teams (Olympiacos, Panionios, Iraklis, Apollon Patras). After retiring he returned to his home town Chalkida and in a few years he took his local club from the amateur divisions to the Greek A2. After that he worked in Aris and Maroussi as an assistant coach, where he had great success next to Panagiotis Giannakis. In 2005 he moved in Moscow where he worked side by side with Dusan Ivkovic tin Dynamo, winning the the Uleb Cup the first season and reaching the Euroleague's quarter-finals the next one. His first head coaching job in A1 league was AEK and after that he worked in Trikala. In 2010 his path crossed again the one of Dusan Ivkovic. They signed in Olympiakos and won one championship (2012), one cup (2011) and one Euroleague title (2012). Last year he was named head-coach of Aris in the middle of the season, leading the legendary team of Salonica to the 6th spot of the regural season.
Παναγιώτης Ζάλογγος Ο Παναγιώτης Ζάλογγος είναι γεννημένος στις 15/07/1974 στην Αλεξανδρούπολη. Είναι απόφοιτος της σχολής ΤΕΦΑΑ Θεσσαλονίκης, με μεταπτυχιακές σπουδές στην Εργοφυσιολογία. Έχει εργαστεί σαν γυμναστής στο ICBS, στον Ηρακλή, τον ΚΑΟΔ, τον Ερμή Λαγκαδά και τη Γουμένισσα. Από τον Νοέμβριο του 2012 εργάζεται στον Άρη στο πλευρό του Βαγγέλη Αγγέλου.
Panagiotis Zaloggos Born in 15/07/1974 in Alexandroupoli. He has graduated from Faculty of Physical Education and Sport Science in Salonica and continued with post-graduate studies in ergophysiology. He was work as a trainer in ICBS, Hercules, KAOD, Hermes Lagkada and Goumenissa. Since November 2012 he has been working in the coaching staff of Aris, next to Vaggelis Aggelou.
